Oh, the sweet summer breeze. I just arrived in Venezuela and I just got my room. I am here to study what it’s like here. So I have arrived at this beautiful mosaic and there’s already a lady screaming at me saying get out of here you white woman. So I just started to run. Mmh I think I smell something cooking. So I followed the smell and I saw some venezuelan people selling their most famous food: arepa, a flat bun full of meat, I went over and bought one. Mmh so yum that i already finished finishing it. I was walking around admiring the scenery when a stampede of kids came running at me asking so I said no because I couldn’t bear seeing their sad faces.
I got on a tour bus and went around the town watching what it’s like out there. Then I hopped off the bus and went on a ferry that takes you to a beach, when I got off the ferry suddenly there was a fight with guys trying to steal money. So I jumped in and thankfully stopped the fight. The famous beach is called Coche beach, but not only is it famous it is also really pretty. Then I had a nice big swim. The water was so clear and refreshing. Next I went to a shop and bought myself a hat and shorts. What an amazing fabric.
Then I went to a famous street called Chacao. Mmh i think i smell more arepas.yum. The shop that is selling arepas is called Alto a much loved shop.Mmh this arepa has sweet chili in it it makes the flavor pop. Know wonder arepas are so famous.
Who wee nup nup nup , my throat is so dry so I’m hanging out for a drink.
Walking, walking, still no place selling drinks ,oh wait over there.yes. The drink they’re selling is a drink called chicha venezolana , a delicious creamy drink with cinnamon on top.. Barring its 5:00 in the morning the time my airplane leaves.
So I had to get up early. I arrived at the airport just in time for the airplane. I got first class, I’ve never got first class before. That was a long ride but that was my first and favorite place to visit and i definitely learnt some lessons.
